PlantStream Presents: Version 1.0.35!

PlantStream V1.0.35 brings AI into the routing workflow and further raises auto-routing quality and downstream integration. This release focuses on reducing the manual work that remains after auto-routing and on connecting PlantStream data to cost estimation and detailed design tools.
AI Auto Fix: AI corrects remaining auto-routing errors in one batch – it analyzes route settings, re-routes and verifies the result.
ACCE Export: Generate Aspen Capital Cost Estimator files directly from PlantStream for early-phase cost estimation.
Route Assist Enhancements: Fewer unnecessary detours and elbows, more PipingLayer routes in equipment structures, and the new “Allow Detaching as Much as Possible” option.
Along with these, Shelter export (E3D/PDMS, S3D, SDNF), smoother handling of large NWD models, 256 user-defined colors and Slope Verification (experimental) have been added.
With these enhancements, PS Ver. 35 shortens the path from an auto-routed model to a clean, review-ready design – enabling faster project execution and improved design quality.
AI Auto Fix
Hand off the correction of routing errors left after auto-routing to AI in one batch. The AI analyzes route settings, applies a correction, re-routes and verifies – trying the next proposal if needed.
Covers unresolved routes, pipe creation failures, direction / continuity errors and interference. Dedicated license required.
● No repetitive setting checks / re-routing
● Whole batch undone with one Undo
● Change list exportable to CSV
Note: Since the AI feature is optional, the functionality is not included in the core PlantStream software unless the option is enabled due to IT security requirements.
ACCE Export (Aspen Capital Cost Estimator)
Generate input files for Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE) directly from the PlantStream model. Run it from Export File → External Files → ACCE Export.
Outputs Pipe and Pipe Rack data using mapping files and an ACCE template. Previously offered to selected customers as a separate trial application – now built into PlantStream.
● Connects the 3D layout directly to early-phase cost estimation
● Removes manual quantity transfer into ACCE
● Faster, more consistent estimates in Pre-FEED / FEED
Other Enhancements
Further improvements across civil, E&I, display and performance:
● Shelter export to E3D/PDMS, S3D and SDNF
● Smoother operation with large NWD models
● 256 user-defined element colors
● Individual colors for 8 E&I cable path types
Slope Verification (Experimental)
For routes with Slope conditions, the bottom-of-pipe (BOP) elevation including slope can be checked on screen against the modeled pipe length.

● Quick verification of sloped lines before hand-over
