Accelerated Navisworks file Import (.nwd)

PlantStream now supports direct NWD import with user-defined hierarchy levels, delivering significantly faster import speeds and reduced data volumes compared to the FBX workflow.

Individual elements such as equipment, piping, and structures can be repositioned, enabling efficient value engineering and route studies for revamp and expansion projects.

■　NWD files can be imported in PlantStream.

■　Compared to FBX import workflow, data volume and import speed is significantly improved.

Unified Equipment Structure Model

Design faster and smarter with unified brace control—add horizontal and vertical braces and support beams seamlessly across your entire equipment structure.

■　Equipment Structures now support attaching Horizontal Braces, Vertical Braces, and Support Beams.

■　Brace members use a single shared setting per Equipment Structure, so the same member type applies across all layers and for both Horizontal and Vertical braces.

AI Enabled New Help Desk

AI analyzes the error situation and proposes solutions.The new PlantStream portal delivers a streamlined, intuitive experience for accessing product information, support resources, and help desk services.

Powered by AI, users can ask functional or operational questions directly in the chat, receive intelligent answers, and get solution recommendations for error scenario.

■　The new portal site offers a clearer structure for accessing product information and support
materials, as well as enhanced help desk functionality and improved search capabilities.

■　User type questions about functions / operations in the chat box, and the system returns
AI-generated answers.
