Overview

Global plant engineering projects require close collaboration among owners, EPC contractors, engineering companies, vendors, and project teams across multiple countries and disciplines.

However, the challenges are not limited to language differences.

When members from different disciplines, such as process, piping, instrumentation, procurement, and construction, participate in the same meeting, differences in knowledge, experience, and terminology interpretation can lead to gaps in understanding.

In multinational projects, participants also speak different native languages, making it difficult to accurately understand and share technical discussions across all stakeholders.

What if AI could support not only language barriers, but also the understanding gaps caused by differences in technical knowledge and experience, in real time?

In this webinar, we introduce KageMee, an AI-powered engineering communication tool.

KageMee supports real-time interpretation, technical terminology explanations, and meeting discussions with AI. It helps teams communicate more clearly, reduce misunderstandings, and build a shared understanding across languages, disciplines, and organizations.

You will learn how teams can:

  • Communicate in their preferred language in real time
  • Understand technical terms and acronyms instantly
  • Ask engineering-related questions during meetings with AI support
  • Improve alignment among global project stakeholders

You will also see how KageMee can support collaboration between:

  • Owners and Contractors
  • Engineering and Procurement Teams
  • Different Engineering Disciplines
  • Global and Local Teams
  • Senior and Junior Engineers
  • Native and Non-Native Speakers

Whether used in design reviews, vendor meetings, or global engineering coordination, KageMee helps teams communicate more clearly and make better decisions.

What You Will Learn?

  • Why communication challenges continue to impact global plant projects
  • How expertise gaps and language gaps affect project performance
  • How AI can create shared understanding across project teams
  • How real-time multilingual communication improves global collaboration
