Notice of Merger of PlantStream into Arent

We are pleased to announce that, effective October 1, 2025, PlantStream Inc. has been merged into Arent Inc. As a result, Arent will directly oversee the development and sales of PlantStream.

This merger forms part of an internal group reorganization, and PlantStream has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Arent. Please be assured that there will be no changes to the services provided by PlantStream, its existing contractual responsibilities and commitments, or the level of support. You may continue to use PlantStream with the same confidence as before.

Furthermore, there will be no changes to your existing points of contact or communication channels with PlantStream.
