Miki has played a key role in driving our business growth as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Arent Inc., our parent company, while also serving as our Chief Operating Officer (COO). As CEO, he will strengthen both the development and sales functions, leading the company towards further business growth and innovation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, Takashi Oda, who has been serving as Co-CEO, will now assume the dual role of Co-CEO and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PlantStream Inc. was established in 2020 as a joint venture between Arent Inc. and Chiyoda Corporation, focusing on the development and sales of the 3D CAD software &#8220;PlantStream\u00ae.&#8221; With Arent Inc.&#8217;s acquisition of Chiyoda Corporation&#8217;s shares, PlantStream Inc. has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of Arent Inc.
