We are proud to announce the release of PlantStream Ver. 30, featuring powerful enhancements that elevate plant engineering capabilities to the next level.
This latest version introduces smarter piping pattern control around equipment, the ability to add nozzles to imported FBX models for greater modeling flexibility, and a new intelligent Single Rack Pro tool with advanced detailing options.
These improvements are designed to boost operational efficiency — enabling engineers to design faster, with greater accuracy and control.
Enhanced Nozzle Configuration for Horizontal Vessels
You can now configure nozzle patterns on the nozzles of Horizontal Vessels in PlantStream.
This new feature offers enhanced control over the piping layout, allowing for more precise and efficient designs.
By adjusting custom parameters in the Properties tab, users can fine-tune nozzle positions to better suit specific project requirements.
Added Nozzle Support for FBX Equipment
You can now add nozzles to FBX elements imported as “Equipment” in PlantStream.
Once imported, the FBX model is automatically organized under the Equipment hierarchy, enabling better integration with your piping layout.
Improved Rack Customization for FEED/EPC
Function designed to support more flexible pipe rack modeling suitable for detailed engineering phases such as FEED and EPC.
This marks the first step toward expanding PlantStream’s capabilities beyond early-phase layout into more advanced and customizable design workflows.
